  6.     This command allows you to test a file for download before you actually
  7.     download the file.  The testing procedure is determined by the SysOp so
  8.     it may vary from system to system.

  13.                       according to the testing procedures designated by the
  14.                       SysOp. You may only specify one filename at a time.

  18.       How many times have you downloaded a file only to find that it will not
  19.       uncompress due to errors?  The TEST command permits you to check files
  20.       for viruses and other corruptions that might exist in a particular
  21.       file.  When you enter the filename to test, you will be informed after
  22.       a short delay whether the file passed or  failed the predetermined
  23.       criteria.  If the filename you enter to test does not exist on the
  24.       system, you will be notified that the filename you entered does not
  25.       exist and you will be allowed to enter a new filename to test.
